Project Details

• The project was divided into four parts: a mobile application, an API for the mobile application, a membership website, and a member management system.
• The membership website uses responsive web design to support both desktop and mobile browsers.
• The API was implemented using C# .NET with the MVC framework and follows a RESTful design.
• Microsoft SQL was used for the database.
• The iOS mobile application was developed using Swift with RxSwift.
• The Android mobile application was implemented in Java.

Challenge

The client requested a prototype to be delivered within three months, which is shorter than the original timeframe we agreed upon. As a result, we hired two freelancers with limited experience to assist with the development of the iOS and Android applications. As I am unable to manage them directly, ensuring the quality of the final product has been a challenge.
